Eastbrooke Village
Eastbrooke is a small subdivision of approximately 70 lots in the ever-expanding suburb of Jimboomba. Portfolio was responsible for naming, branding, brochures, stage releases and the project website.
It was a streamlined process with the production of polished content for an investor market that was highly motivated. The development achieved amazing results with all lots sold within a matter of months.
